戴尔供应链暑期实习生项目 – Procurement ＆ Operations Intern

全球供应商质量工程 – Global Supplier Quality Engineering

 

Location/工作地点：Shanghai/上海

 

岗位描述：

  1.      参与戴尔供应商质量管理团队核心战略项目；

  2.      深入了解并使用各种质量工具和标准来推动供应商质量改进；

  3.      协助高级供应商质量工程师完成项目相关工作；

  4.      1对1导师制，整个实习过程，导师将根据你的工作表现，定期给予详细的反馈； 

  5.      表现优异者将有机会成为我们的正式员工！

 

岗位要求：

 

     1.         大三或者研二；

  2.     专业不限，机械、电子、材料、计算机科学、供应链等相关专业优先；

  3.      优秀的中英文表达能力和沟通能力，英语水平至少达CTE-6；

  4.      熟练掌握MS Office相关工具，有计算机软件相关背景加分；

  5.      具备较强的逻辑思维和分析能力，优秀的的学习能力和组织协调能力；

  6.      工作积极主动，能在项目导师的指导下解决问题并推进项目进程。

 

 

Job description:

 

       1.            Involve in strategic projects of DELL global supplier quality engineering team;

       2.            Deeply learn and use various quality tools and standards to drive suppliers’ quality improvement;

       3.            Assist senior supplier quality engineer to complete project related work;

       4.            1-1 tutorial system, the mentor will give you detailed feedback according to your work performance during the whole internship process;

       5.            Excellent performers will be our regular employees!

 

Job requirements：

 

       1.            Year 3 undergraduates or year 2 of postgraduates.

       2.            Open to all Majors, but prefer Mechanical, Electronics, Materials, Computer science and Supply chain.

       3.            Fluent English and Chinese expression and communication skills, at least CTE-6;

       4.            Proficient in MS Office tools, additional computer software related background would be a plus.

       5.            Strong logical thinking and analysis ability, excellent learning and organization and coordination ability;

       6.            Working initiative and passionate to promote the project process under the guidance of the mentor and buddy.
