岗位职责：

1、负责客户资料的系统录入， 文件管理，及保费核算；

2、负责通知保险公司客户人员变动， 确保系统信息时时更新正确；

3、及时收集续保材料，制作相关续保文件以及系统内续保工作；

4、和保险公司维持良好关系， 做好日常工作的跟进；

5、为公司决策及时提供数据支持及领导交办的其他事宜。

任职资格：

1、工作细致认真，责任心强；

2、良好的人际沟通能力和团队协作精神；

3、具有良好的服务意识与时间管理能力；

4、熟练使用各类办公软件；

5、具有运营管理或续期相关管理工作经验、具有保险公司相关经验者优先考虑；

6、英语听说读写良好。

Role and Responsibilities

1. Set up policy in YS system, manage client documents, calculate premium, organize client folders.

2. Inform insurance company the adjustment of member list, ensure up-to-date information in system.

3. Collect renewal notice in time, update relevant renewal documents, and do renewal admin work.

4. Keep good relationship with insurers, follow up in time for daily admin work.

5. Support on team work and other assignments that requested.

Essential Job Functions

1. Attention to detail, quality and accuracy.

2. Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit.

3. Good sense of customer service, responsibility, time management.

4. Capable to use Microsoft wire tools, particularly Excel.

5. Previous experience of operations management or the Insurance industry.

6. Good in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
