岗位描述：参与策划&运营屈臣氏千万粉丝级别的自媒体矩阵，要求热爱美妆零售行业，思维活跃想法多。

岗位职责：

（1）熟悉微信生态圈的各种触点，能够根据公司战略进行全盘布局，围绕以屈臣氏微信公众号为核心进行多触点联动运营及推广工作

（2）能根据全年的考核指标制定全年及每个档期的整体规划和执行方案，推动并确保各指标的顺利完成

（3）负责与公司各需求部门对口负责人的日常对接沟通，完成公众号推广需求的收集、执行、

反馈、交流；

（4）负责微信公众号的内容策划&审核，以及活动策划与推广

（5）负责定期整理运营数据，汇报运营状况及调整运营策略

（6）熟悉微信公众平台，熟练操作微信编辑器、ps等相关软件

任职要求：

（1）本科及以上学历，3-5年以上相关工作经验优先

（2）热爱美妆零售行业，熟悉行业热点，善于挖掘热点内容和话题，把握内容策划及传播节奏

（3）具备基本的网络编辑能力以及一定的产品思维能力

（4）优秀的内部沟通及协调管理能力，自驱性和适应性强

（5）善于洞察及挖掘用户需求点，挖掘用户需求

（6）具备抗压能力和逻辑分析能力、数据敏感性和数据分析能力
