职位描述
POSITION SUMMARY
? Leader of CFS/Warehouse.
? To ensure the CFS/Warehouse work meets the standard
? To ensure Consolidation work, Loading monitoring, Warehouses work auditing
? To reduce risk of claim from insufficient warehouse handling
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Take care of on site operation business under FedEx Compliance guidance.
? Supervise and coordinate the daily on-site container loading/unloading.
? Make reasonable loading plan to make the loading efficiently and in good quality according to the customer's needs.
? Perfect the warehouse work process.
? Handle emergency on-site situation, do the communication and coordination with other Dept.
? Identify and monitor on-site service issues and ensure to be closed in a time manner
? Work with operation manager to launch initiatives to do service enhancement
? Keep positive attitude to work and cooperate with cross functions and customer
? Other jobs follow-up temporarily assigned by operation manager
? Work in between CFS and Warehouse
REQUIREMENTS
? College or above.
? At least 5-7 years relevant experience in warehouse or Logistic business
? Proven on-site operation supervisor experience with strong customer service skills
? Knowledge or relevant experience of international trade and transportation
? Familiar with MS office and warehouse management system
? Good at English in reading , writing and speaking
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong leadership to achieve the department targets.
? Strong trouble-shooting and process management capability.
? Accept flexible shift
