职责： 

? 协助监督指导设计师，确保印刷版面和在线PP的质量和时间线 

? 为制作版面和成品广告提供技术和创意支持 

? 根据有效广告建议/实施原则对现有广告进行审查和评估并改进

 ? 为设计师提供创作有效商业广告的培训：确保其广告贯彻有效商业原则 

? 通过提供有关团队成员生产力、业务上其它要求、截止日期合规性以及硬件和软件要求的报告，协助管理规划项目 

要求： 

设计美术学士优先，1年4A机构工作经验，  

展示概念和设计技能 

有效地提出想法。能够在内部谈论你的工作。同样重要的是，倾听和理解客户反馈和内部评论反馈的能力。

排版、色彩、构图方面的能力 

以高效、有组织的方式提出并执行想法"
