参与创意开发 

维护和加强整体美术/设计理念的质量 

在直属领导的指导下提供优秀的设计作品  

职位要求 

本科及以上，市场营销，沟通，广告，美术及相关专业优先 

能独立完成从草稿到出街稿件的优秀设计作品 

精通设计软件（Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign等） 

良好的沟通技巧，包括与其他人分享创意理念 

良好的中英文口头与书面沟通能力 

对创意领域和快速变化领域有工作热情 

有自我激励和团队协作的能力，能在严格规定的时间内独立或在指导下完成多个项目"
