岗位职责：

1、唤醒潜在需求，找到契合点，与顾客沟通交流，达成签单；

2、维护客户的关系，为客户提供持续有效的服务；

3、帮助客户进行保险计划选择；

4、协助销售经理完成日常工作；

5、后期问题的跟进处理，解决客户各种情况所发生的意外事故和突发状况；

6、定期与合作客户进行沟通，建立良好的长期合作关系。 

任职资格： 

1、专科以上学历； 

2、对销售工作有较高的热情；

3、具备较强的学习能力和优秀的沟通能力；

4、具有较强的团队合作精神和良好的人际关系，能承受一定的工作压力；

5、为客户提供全方位的保险咨询服务；

6、身体健康、亲和力强、诚实守信、勤奋努力，具有高度的团队合作精神；

7、英语听说读写良好。
