职位描述

Sales Operations covers Sales Planning, Distribution and Order Control. The area manages the importation of cars into China and the processes around ordering, planning and distributing in line with market demand.

? Support the launch planning process from Sales Operations perspective to ensure new model get the right specification and launch to the market as planned date.
? Manage the pre-production vehicle for Marketing, Homologation team and show car usage including raising order request to UK via FMS
? New Model Year launch plan tracking, and work closely with relevant teams to get the status updated consistently
? Preparation of launch & run-out plans linking with sales plan for the launch period
? VISTA(ordering system) specification validation against OXO chart to ensure right specification ready prior to dealer ordering.
? Design and update Order Guides to support dealer VISTA ordering
? Conduct analyze on option/paint/trim take rate, working with brand and sales team to work out the China launch specification matrix
? Maintain DMS franchise data on vehicle specification and price
? Support queries in terms of specification.
? Closely communicate with homologation, marketing, internal sales operations team and UK in daily work

? Bachelor degree or above,
? 3~5 years working experience, equivalent work experience, project management and working in the automotive industry preferred
? Good PC skills, with good working knowledge of MS Office applications
? Excellent English language, both written and spoken
? Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and ability to take the initiative when required
? Excellent Communication skills – active listening, writing, negotiation, influencing and presentation sills – one on one and within a group situation.
? Detail oriented and be accountable
? Customer focused and work in a team environment
