Department:
Marketing involves a range of processes concerned with finding out what consumers want, and then providing it for them. As one of the leading luxury automotive manufacturers in the world and the only professional 4*4 manufactory, Jaguar Land Rover has established a great positive reputation in China. The China Marketing team plays an important role of understanding the Chinese Customer, raising the brand awareness for both Jaguar and Land Rover whilst providing better products and services to Chinese Customers. The Marketing Operations team is responsible for delivering the non-brand specific marketing objectives and activities. This includes, CRM, Experiential, Dealer, Launch, Sponsorship, Merchandising and Research. The CRM Manager will be responsible for the China NSC's Customer Relationship Management environment. This will include working with our partners and agencies in their provision of data, campaign and response management, analysis and reporting. The role will involve working closely with other members of the wider marketing team to deliver and deploy national and regional communication campaigns across both the Jaguar and Land Rover brands. The role will additionally interface to other NSC departments connected to CRM including (but not limited to) Marketing, Sales, After sales and IT.
The Role & Key Responsibilities:
·Own the strategic framework for CRM activity in the China NSC.
·Day-to-day management of the CRM data environment, including ongoing analysis and reporting.
·Work with agency partners to ensure optimal CRM service provision.
·Maintaining and building a knowledge and awareness of new CRM technologies and best practices.
·Comprehensively analyze and report purchase funnel metrics and prepare recommendations based on the analysis.
·Maintain and exercise an understanding of the impact and implications of data related decisions and actions on other areas within the CRM environment.
·Management of two direct reports.
Skills, experience and qualifications required:
·Bachelor degree essential.
·Experience with CRM related to premium brands or products with at least three years experience in a management position.
·Strong strategic planning, implementation and project management skill set.
·Self motivated, independent, able to take initiatives and drive change.
·Excellent oral and written communication skills for both Mandarin and English.
·Familiar with Microsoft office software.
