CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Enterprise cultural construction.
2.Leadership Development Facilitator.
3.Executive Coaching.
4.Staff family relationship counselling and Parent-child education training.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Bachelor or above degree in Human resources, psychology, management, etc.
2.Over 10 year's executive coaching or training experience .
3.Be skilled in experiential training.
4.Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (i.e. Mandarin).
5.Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to work with people from various levels and functions within the Corp.
6.Mature, energetic, hands-on, result driven and go-getting with strong passion for excellence and attention to operation details.
7.At all times, possess a high level of integrity and work ethics.
8.Able to maintain composure under pressure.
9.Overseas education or work background, married already brood will be preferred.
