职位描述

Department Objective:
The joint Jaguar Land Rover After Sales function is the owner of the operational relationship with the Chinese dealer network on all matters relating to After Sales in terms of customer satisfaction and revenue generation. The function sits within the Sales & Service operations department of the Jaguar Land Rover China, National Sales Company (NSC).

The JLR China dealer network is currently 60 dealers supporting solus Jaguar and Land Rover sites with dual branded sites also. The continued growth of both brands within the China market dictates the need for further network expansion resulting in circa 100 dealers in total.


The Role & Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be assessed against parts & customer satisfaction performance which in turn is measured against the following criteria:
· Management of JLR China parts distribution & logistics operations
· Reporting and data analysis of parts & accessory revenue
· Development of incentive reward programmes that positively influence dealer behaviour to deliver upon their individual business commitments
· Creation and implementation of business development programmes that support JLR China dealer's ability to maximise profitability from their After Sales business
· Delivery of continuous improvement programmes to positively influence dealer staff customer handling capability skills
· Regular scheduled performance review of staff to identify development needs and associated training to develop individual skills and experience
· Development & management of a suite of customer retention programmes :
o JLR Body and Paint
o Branded Insurance / Accident Management Programme
o Menu Pricing
o Extended Warranty
o Visual Health Check
· Development of marketing programmes to support strategic and tactical actions to develop accessory revenue channel
· Production of comprehensive After Sales marketing communication programmes to support dealer network and body and paint centres
· Competitor and market intelligence to identify market trends
· The role contributes to JLR China growth aspirations designed to exceed our customer's expectations as premium luxury brands by delivering an "Outstanding Customer Experience".

Skills, experience and qualifications required :
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/qualifications:

· Empathetic with the ability to create, develop and manage a high performing team.
· Ability to influence effectively while balancing a broad range of priorities with minimal supervision
· Confident and out-going with exceptional networking, inter-personal and influencing skills, possessing advanced communication and presentational skills.
· Analytical with the ability to interpret financial data and relate it to operational activity.
· Possessing a strategic mindset with the ability to work with importers and dealers to develop, plan and implement a customer service strategy.
· Process oriented with great attention to detail
· Financial / commercial experience, including the ability to construct a business case from detailed and varied inputs.
· Previous experience of working in a marketing environment
