1.     支持全国中小客户测评产品和项目需求，为客户提供测评解决方案；

2.     能独立处理和解答客户所提出的测评问题，帮助客户有效使用测评工具；

3.     参与人才测评项目，根据项目要求进行数据分析、测评报告撰写等工作；

4.     进行测评销售数据分析，提供业绩增长建议；  

5.     配合上级领导，协助完成各项团队管理事务；

6.     完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1.     本科及以上学历，工作经验不限，心理学、人力资源管理、管理学专业背景优先；   

2.     热爱人才测评工作，愿意用专业影响客户；   

3.     思维逻辑性强，具备优秀的学习能力；  

4.     认真细致，能够有效进行跨部门沟通和协调；

5.     积极主动，客户导向，乐于接受挑战，能够承受一定的工作压力。
