Job description:

1. Greet office visitors and answer incoming business phone calls: Distribute facility access badge to office visitors using Visitor Management System.
2. Travel reservations for business travels: Make travel reservations for all business travel including air tickets, transportation and hotel accommodations
3. Stationery and office supply ordering: Order stationeries including business cards, printer cartridges, printing paper, envelops and other stationeries as needed
4. Office mail distribution:Receive and distribute office mail, Receive, sort out and send office pouch mail to San Ramon and London on weekly basis.
5. Meeting room reservation for routine business meetings: Receive meeting room booking request and reserve meeting rooms through Outlook Calendar
6. Office maintenance and repairs: Notify office building Management Office of facility failure including air conditioning, lights, etc. Report office furniture failures to the supplier

Requirements:

1. Good communication skills(both written and oral) in English and Chinese.
2. Bachelor or associate degree.
3. Above 2 years on administrative role.
4. Experienced in Microsoft office, word and excel.
