1、负责公司前台接待及电话接转；
2、收发信件、快递，制作名片等；
3、负责饮用水、办公用品、日用品的采购、发放，及登记管理；
4、负责酒店、机票的预订、协助销售人员完成差旅费用报销整理等；
5、负责日常办公设备的维护、报修；
6、负责协助处理当地行政相关的供应商沟通、洽谈；
7、其他办公室日常行政事务处理，如绿化维护、环境整洁维护等；
8、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

任职要求:
1、专业不限，大专以上学历，文秘、行政管理及相关专业优先考虑；
2、普通话标准、具有良好的服务意识，CET-4，具有良好的英语听说读写能力；
3、熟悉行政工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备以及Office办公软件；
4、工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，相貌端正，待人热诚。
