JD:
？Work closely with the business teams to provide practical and efficient counseling on all the PRC legal matters in multinational business context.
？Identify the legal exposures of business operation and deliver effective solutions.
？Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to joint venture contract, supply and sales contract, agency agreement, distribution agreement, licensing agreement, EPC contract and employment contract.
？Provide legal support to joint venture projects and new business initiatives.
？Advise on corporate governance issues and legal issues involving the organization's regulatory compliance issues.
？Handle labor law issues, employment disputes, intellectual property related matters as well as other litigation/arbitration matters.
？Advise on handling official audits and investigations and develop working relationship with enforcement authorities.
？Organize legal trainings and workshops for the business units and affiliates.
？Coordinate and supervise legal matters handled by outside counsel.
？Handle other legal work assigned by the legal management.



JR:
？Solid knowledge of Chinese law and its general practice.
？Good legal analytical skills.
？Ability to work both independently and in a team, prioritize multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.
？Good communication abilities and multicultural interpersonal skills.
？Mature, proven judgment and strong but diplomatic advocacy.
？At least 4 to 5 years’ post-qualification experience in a multinational company or an international law firm or first tier local law firm; experience in oil and gas company is preferred.
？Good drafting and negotiation skills in both English and Chinese.
