3. Accountabilities 职责

4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求

Education 学历背景 ——Bachelor’s degree. 本科学历

Experience

1. More than 8 years' experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry 8年以上餐饮酒店相关行业经验

2. More than 3 years people management experience 3年以上管理经验

Technical competencies: (Job related)

1. Are passionate about the hospitality industry and genuinely interested in food and beverage, especially craft beer. 对酒店和餐饮行业有充分的热情，特别是精酿啤酒

2. Find fulfillment working in the service industry and are a genuine “people person.” 对服务行业有充分投入，关注‘人’
