1.把握品牌与产品的定位，按时按质的完成设计方案。

2.负责协调外部资源和内部资源完成产品手册、陈列手册、广告宣传、促销物料相关设计项目工作。

3.负责将已审核通过的设计项目或方案追踪落地实施并持续优化。

4.负责公司网站、微信公众号等页面视觉的日常维护及美化更新。

5.根据营销策划方案设计相应广宣视觉及物料支持。

6.竞争对手信息收集及分析。

7.督查销售部门使用广宣视觉是否符合标准和规范。

8.领导交办的其它工作。

岗位要求：

1.大学本科以上学历，美术设计/平面设计类相关专业优先。

2.3年及以上工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦欢迎应聘。

3.熟练使用PS、AI等设计常用软件。

4.正直、坦诚、成熟、豁达、自信。

5.具有较好的人际沟通和交往能力，较好的开拓精神和组织能力。

6.具有良好的敬业精神。

7.有良好的美学素养、创意思维、排版布局、色调搭配、素材运用能力。

8.有强烈的责任心，注重细节，有良好的沟通协作能力。
