职位描述
The Quality Analyst will be a single point of contact in terms of Quality for its market working closely with the Client, the Trainer, the Supervisors and the other QA’s. With a very strong product knowledge, this QA should be on the ground all the time, with eyes fully open identifying any improvement opportunities and building reports on the teams’ results.
[What you will do]
1、Motivate, involve and create the best team spirit among the team;
2、Ensure the team's development, traning and evaluation focused on the accomplishment of the KPIs;
3、Develop strategies aimed at optimizng the market potential and improving customer satisfaction;
4、Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflits;
5、Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments;
6、Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals;
7、Develop action plans for continuous improvement.
[Who we are looking for]
1、Fluency in English(minimum C1);
2、Proven team management experience in a client's support environment (minimum 1year);
3、Dynamic, autonomous proative and data driven:
4、A team player with strong leadership, analytical and communication skill.;
5、Affinity with technology;
6、Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
质量分析
在质量方面,质量分析师将是市场上与客户、培训师、主管和其他质量保证人员紧密合作的***联系人。需要具备非常强大的产品知识,QA应该随时在关注现场,发现改进机会,构建最后改善团队结果的报告。
主要职责
1、监督客服代表与客户之间的所有联系;
2、发现并建议改进内容;
3、确保预防和纠正措施的成功实施;
4、推动行动,优化关键绩效指标的达成;
5、为CSR提供一对一的指导(与主管保持一致),并与培训师确认培训需求。

1、英语流利(C1最低);
2、本科及以上学历(优先);
3、对质量工作有兴趣和激情(有经验者优先);
4、丰富的呼叫中心工作经验,了解呼叫中心业务及发展趋势;
5、目标导向和客户导向;
6、良好的沟通能力;
7、多样性导向和判断能力。
8、熟悉办公软件(Excel, Word, Power Point)
