PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position is accountable for the following end results:

1. Manage the P&L of JV.

2. Support the deployment of China H2fM program.

3. Develop the sales of gases business by identifying and securing the good chance to invest and operate the hydrogen refilling station in the territories through approaching key strategic accounts at national level and create strategic alliance with these accounts in the national level.

4. Develop the sales of equipment business by identifying and securing the good chance through approaching key strategic accounts at national level and create strategic alliance with these accounts in the national level.

5. Search and identify the M&A chance in the hydrogen energy market. Work with Strategic Project BD team to develop and execute the M&A project well to achieve step up growth in the national level.

6. Interface with policymakers, major companies in China to influence a favorable position for AP.

1. Cooperate with HES Engineering Team well to develop the best service to end market.

1. Other project or job assigned by the supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Qualifications

Educational: Bachelor degree or above in the engineering or business. MBA is a plus.

Location: Beijing is a must.

Job Related: (Minimum) 10 years experience at business development and 5 years experience as the GM to manage the business which is above $50MM.

Job Related: (Desirable) CNG, Hydrogen, fuels experience

1. Have experience to manage the large deal and Joint Venture. And can handle the complex negotiation.

2. Can build the long term relationship with people through different channel.

3. Can explore in the uncertain market without clear guidance.

4. Have strategic mindset to identify the best business chance for company.

5. Good team work and can pull the resource together to meet customer expectation.

6. Self driven and disciplined.

7. Results oriented person.

8. Fluent English in both speaking and written.

9. Investment experience is a plus.
