岗位职责

1、 负责市场及产品推广各项工作计划的制定、执行和评估；

2、 负责审核/制定新产品的上市计划，审核/制定相关产品的年度市场策略和阶段推广计划；负责审核/制定各产品线资源配置方案；

3、 负责构建、运转、监控和评估各级的学术推广活动体系；

4、 负责构建并完善产品知识培训体系、专家网络体系、品牌传播体系；

5、 协助领导完成公司年度营销方案的制定，推动市场部相关的行动计划的落实。

 

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，医药、食品相关专业；

2、有三年以上市场推广与团队管理经验；

3、有（线下、线上）品牌推广经验优先；

4、良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力。
