职位描述

Job Overview
Vendor quality assurance is the key and necessary driving factor to supply Fonterra with safe and high-quality products, raw materials, packaging and product-related services. This role is an integral part of the FSQ division, ensuring vendor quality systems are in place to meet Fonterra FSQ standards and the successful implementation of various projects and local sourcing strategies. It will require cross-functional collaboration to protect the integrity of our supply of products, raw materials, packaging materials and outsourced services.
Key Responsibilities:
1)    Deploy Fonterra Global FSQ standards, complete TPMs and supplier risk assessment and manage regular audit plans.
2)    Perform Fonterra FSQ audits of TPMs and supplier facilities as per-calendar, immediately notify key stakeholders in case of critical on-conformities.
3)    Analyze and resolve TPMs and supplier related problems, determine root cause and corrective / preventive action with suppliers, ensure CAPAs are monitored and timely closed.
4)    Lead Key customer or 3rd party audit, including help TPMs or Fonterra plants to prepare the audit, develop corrective actions and follow-up verification.
5)    Develop and implement the supplier quality management processes and score card systems.
6)    Drive TPM and supplier quality performance improvement with clear KPIs in place, analyze supplier quality indicators to ensure the efficiency of improvement actions.
7)    Handle TPM or supplier quality issues, monitors appropriate handling of supplier complaints and follow-up on root cause analysis and CAPA plan.
8)    Work with project team to understand and highlight areas where quality and process within a specific TPM or supplier can be improved to reduce cost.
9)    Ensures appropriate training and refresh training on supplier to colleagues.
10)  Regularly update TPMs and supplier status to the Business.
11) Keep good relationship with TPM, Key customers and suppliers.

  • The employee will participate fully in the Health & Safety improvement process.
  • The employee will co-operate fully in any injury management process to ensure full participation in the workforce after cleared fit for duties by a registered medical practitioner.
