职位名称：电商店长

主要职责：

1. 负责策划执行商铺市场业务；
2. 负责商店运营，提高点击率和浏览量，完成销售指标；
3. 负责商铺销售预算提案；
4. 负责管理促销成本；
5. 跟踪评估促销成果，制作相应的统计分析报告，及时提交市场改进方案与建议；
6. 与大客户经理和电商经理紧密合作，完成公司的销售业绩与工作任务；
7. 结合公司实际运行情况，建立有效的政策和标准化流程，并做好相应的培训，以确保工作及时准确的完成；
8. 完成公司安排的其他电商相关的工作。

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，行政、工商管理或工程学专业优先；
2. 有3年以上天猫、京东等大型平台的运营经验；
3. 熟悉电商行业的操作，了解电商的运营方法和促销流程等专业知识。有电商行业敏锐的市场洞察力，精通店铺和商品的运营优化技术，提高产品权重排名，优化交通结构；
4. 优秀的人际沟通能力，较强的学习、创新和抗压能力，能接受高强度的工作；
5. 具有敏锐的市场洞察力、严谨的分析能力和出色的危机处理能力，善于学习和创新；
6. 能够使用微软办公软件，具有丰富的Excel知识；

职位描述:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*   Responsible for store operation, improve store click-through rate and page views, and complete store sales goals.

*   Responsible for application and plan execution of store marketing activities.

*   Use and management of promotion costs.

*   Store Sales Forecast Proposal.

*   Responsible for store promotion, improve store click-through rate, page views and conversion rate, track and evaluate the promotion effect regularly, propose marketing improvement measures in time, and give practical improvement plans.

*   Skilled in using data analysis tools such as business staff; daily monitoring and analysis of data: marketing data, transaction data, market data, commodity management, member management, etc.

*   Familiar with publicity and promotion tools such as through train, Taobao customer, product sales treasure, diamond exhibition, etc., and be good at summing up experience to provide decisions for achieving sales performance.

*   Regularly track and evaluate the promotion effect, and submit statistical analysis reports of the promotion effect, promptly propose marketing improvement measures, and give suggestions for improvement.

*   Organize and financially connect the accounts of operating stores.

*   Cooperate with key account managers and e-commerce managers to complete the company's sales strategy and work arrangements.

*   Make internal and external communication bridges when involving third-party company operations.

*   Complete other e-commerce related work arranged by the company.

*   To create efficient policy, standard operational procedure based on business reality and conduct the relevant training to ensure the accurate implementation.

THE SUCCESFULL APPLICANT:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business Management and/or Engineering

Experience:

*    3 or more years of operating experience on T-mall or JD.com platforms.

*    Familiar with the operation characteristics of the e-commerce industry, understand the operation methods of e-commerce and promote related processes and professional knowledge; A keen sense of market sense in the e-commerce industry, proficient in operation optimization techniques of stores and goods, improve product weight ranking, and optimize traffic structure.

*    Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong learning, innovation and stress resistance, and accept high-intensity work.

*    with keen market insight, rigorous analysis capabilities and excellent crisis handling capabilities, good at learning and innovation.

*    Ability to take responsibility and responsibility, and be able to think and solve problems proactively.
