职位描述
HR Business Partnership
· Proactively form credible relationships to influence relevant decision-making especially that related to colleagues
· Engage with, coach and support relevant stakeholders in configuring and deploying people policies, products and processes to drive engagement and business performance.
· Drive global performance and measurement requirements to support business deliverables
· Partner on Business HR initiatives and act as a change agent and key enabler in helping to drive GBS initiatives with HR Specialist teams and cross functional teams.
· Represent and champion HR in all interactions with business stakeholders, and in turn represent GBS agenda and priorities to the wider HR Community as well as providing insight and context into global HR product and process design and development
Strategy
· Champion the HR strategy and people priorities that enable sustainable growth and performance of GBS globally
· Support the business in identifying, prioritising and building organisational capabilities, behaviours, and people management processes to drive the GBS strategy
· Support the continuous review of relevant operating models for alignment to the overall business strategy, using all available data to assess effectiveness and demonstrate proactively in surfacing and securing resolution to points of misalignment
· Help manage people processes (performance, reward, resourcing and talent) to ensure levels of capabilities and performance satisfy current and future requirements of the business.
· Deliver appropriate and relevant HR advice, ensuring that this is aligned to the overarching business strategy, governance processes and risk appetite.
· Responsible for executing key HR projects and initiatives across GBS as per the project plan.
Processes
· Continuously improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes as they relate to GBS and the HR function
· Ensure effective management of operational risks within the role remit and compliance with applicable internal policies, and external laws and regulation
· Support key project processes such as, organisation design reviews, restructures, people plan items to ensure all the process steps have been considered and are effectively implemented
? Support key HR processes such as P3, Talent Forums, OD reviews and restructuring activities
?Prepare and analyse HR dashboards to proactively highlight and mitigate areas of concern as well as identify focus areas such as attrition, headcount and productivity
? Ensure timely and periodic submission of people-related MI along with insights, to key forums
People and Talent
?Enable HRBPs to facilitate meaningful discussions at Talent Reviews with GBS China Leadership
?Plan and manage the annual HR calendar of events (e.g. P3, 9-box, succession planning, key HR projects) for GBS China
?Work with BPMs and Finance as required in relation to headcount and budget information and forecasting
Risk Management
?Understand the risk environment in HR’s area of responsibility and drive rectification as required
?Understand and help manage the people-related risk profile of GBS, including credit, operational and reputational risk, to Group Standards
?Working with ER team, provide oversight of complex ER issues involving senior people, significant litigation, and high profile or broad business issues
?Support the effective implementation of Risk Management framework within the role remit
?Ensure effective processes are followed to identify, manage, monitor and report risk
Governance
?Embed the Group’s values and code of conduct as it relates to the role remit to ensure that adherence with the highest standards of ethics, and compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations among employees form part of the culture
Regulatory & Business Conduct

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Knowledge
?Likely to have an academic degree from a recognised institution; professional or further qualification in business management / Human Resources or other relevant discipline is a bonus
?Languages: English
?Understanding of Business/Functions including key products, key roles, Target Operating Model and Strategic Agenda
?Ability to understand financials (e.g. interpreting financial statements, budgeting, project accounting).
?Understanding of the various HR products and how to implement products within a country (e.g. engagement, performance management).
?Understanding and practical experience of managing Employee Relations activities and relationships with regulators and government related agencies.
?Knowledge of the latest HR trends, best practices and how to successfully apply them.
