岗位职责：
1、处理所属区域房屋的帐单获取及缴费，确保按时缴纳各项费用；

2、每月针对公寓的水电使用情况进行记录；

3、基于客服派发的工单，处理用户现场相关事宜（线下问题）；

4、协调物业、业主或合作公司处理相关维修事宜，确保公司房屋品质；

5、所辖商圈的房屋带看签约；

【岗位要求】

1、大专以上学历

2、熟练使用word、excel等工具；

3、有服务意识和吃苦耐劳的精神，具有责任心和团队意识，良好的沟通和协调能力；

4、工作认真仔细，有耐心，具有亲和力，原则性强。
