• Manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) including critical analysis and review of project costs, revenue and WIP minimising balances on a monthly basis to ensure accurate billing.

• Monthly review of project revenue recognition by running Exception Reports for time/hours not generating revenue.  Rectify issues and take corrective action, within required month end deadlines.

• Liaise with the accounts receivable and collections officer to ensure receivables are in line with contractual terms.

• Review Non-Labour items/invoices to ensure compliance with approvals matrix prior to processing and approvals.

• Verify and validate project costs, including review of expenses, approvals and supporting documentation for iExpense taking action where required relating to coding and general end user system issues.

• Co-ordinate retention bonus function by checking calculated bonuses to ensure timely approval for invoicing and remittance.

• Process and disseminate reports for all stakeholders and other internal customers.

• Maintain good relationships and liaise with Project Manager(s), CSG Manager(s) / Operation Manager, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Finance to ensure information is being effectively exchanged and processed.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to attend to queries, provide advice, decision support and reporting.

• Assist and liaise with internal, external and client audits process.

• Maintain filing systems and ensure they are up to date.

       Maintain high levels of confidentiality and sensitivity.

任职要求：

• 5 yrs+ of financial experience in a multinational company with significant international operations.

• Preferred: Well software in Oracle, Userfriend and MS office. Engineering company experience in advantage.

• Good communication skill and problem solve ability.  

• Team work spirit.

• The ability to work under pressure. (Overtime was inevitable.)

       Good command of English ability (written and speaking)

       Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field required

       Medium/Advance Excel skills but familiarity with ERP and BI (Business Intelligence) environments, specifically Oracle and Hyperion a plus
