Job Objective:
Lead all staffing related projects to drive recruitment excellence in China region
Job Profile
Requirement
School Education: University degree in HR, business administration or related major
Language Skills: English fluently
Professional Experience: 5 years working experiences in HR function including 3 years focusing on recruitment
Additional Skills: Communication and influencing skill, interviewing techniques, recruitment system, campus recruitment, headhunter management
Tasks / Area of Responsibility
Cooperate closely with location recruiters as well as the local business/ HR to fulfill Hella China annual recruitment plan
Lead recruitment excellence topic including recruiter operation manual draft/upgrade, vendor performance management, recruitment process optimization. etc..
Lead HR Marketing projects including EVP, CSR and University Cooperation related projects
Lead recruitment data analysis to provide diagnosis/support to location recruitment.
Contribute to set-up/manage recruitment database and HELLA talent pool
Conduct recruitment skill training including sourcing skill, candidate management skill, interview technique, recruitment system usage, vendor management. etc
