Overview Of The Position:
This position will be in charge of one or more software projects as tech lead. He/she is responsible for the underlying architecture for the software program, developing software development plan and manage daily work of software engineers to deliver per the planning target, this including but not limited to planning and assigning daily work to software engineers, publish coding standards and review codes to ensure quality, and supervise daily delivery work.  Anchor Engineer also acts as a mentor for new software developers or programmers, as well as for all the members on the development team.
 
Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position:

• To work closely with Product Manager and Solution Architect team to make sure product architecture is able to support product roadmap and align with corporate direction.
• To design and develop high-performance, high-availability and nimble full stack applications using proven frameworks and technologies.
• To lead and provide guidance to the software engineers in the team to ensure technical compliance and excellence.
• Take ownership of development plans and have supervisorial responsibilities in delegating work and ensuring that software projects delivery on time per plan.
• To jointly own, with the DevOps teams, the operational stability of the components you build and be in a position to affect change to improve the on-going robustness, resiliency and stability of those components.
• To operate a continuous delivery DevOps model with emphasis on deployment and integration automation, TDD, BDD, monitoring and on-going ownership of components in production.

 
 
Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Master in IT related will be more recommended
• 5+ years relevant experiences on IT delivery, 3+ years in leading development experience preferred
• 5+ years with Java framework, 3+ years with Cloud solution, experience in Agile methodologies is preferred

Functional/Technical Skills

• Strength in cloud development principles
• Designing systems and processes for running services at scale, drive cost & operational efficiency, continuous integration, and monitoring
• Expertise in Java, Spring Cloud, Micro-services
• Solid understanding of Multi-Threaded applications
• Experience working with RESTful API type web services
• Experience in web front-end development, familiar with major frameworks (React, jQuery, bootstrap, Vue, Element)
• Experience in database development (MySQL, Oracle, Redis, MongoDB)
• Experience in entire application lifecycle, from development and test automation to deployment to operations
• Have experience on DevOps CI-CD is a plus
• Have container (Docker) experience is a definite plus
• Exposure to data structures, algorithms, highly concurrent programming, analysis of algorithm complexity is plus
• Excellent analytical, numerical, strategic and influencing skills
• Good sense for market trend and tech trend, passion for tech
• Passion and ability to research new digital technologies to support the digital platform
