Job Responsibility:

* Master data maintenance
- Be responsible for material and plant master data for 4 China plants and take the ownership for all views relevant to planning and product costing.
- Work as China master data gatekeeper and manage all setup and relationship with regional master data planner and ITSD related to OneData, creation, deletion, extension, modification of current in regards to Master Data activities.
- Work with demand planner to develop effective planning model and strategies. And stay engaged with procurement operation to understand and process all project work within Greater China.
- Ensure alignment with all operating systems (CSMRT, SAP/APO,PC8 & PCS -ZPMC tools & tables )
* Distribution Planning
- Collect demand requirements from all depots and review with key stakeholders including Sales, CSR, Demand Planner.
- Review and manage inventory level at warehouse both NDC and RDC.
- Perform Distribution Planning and finalize DRP schedule and communicate to respective stakeholders accordingly
- Understand Produced Product Costs and Sources from most economic supply.
- Participate in monthly Supply Review and S&OP meeting to address and resolve issue pertaining to the demand and supply.
- Track accuracy of the DRP, review performance by locations, identify root causes and take appropriate actions to resolves issues and make adjustment to plan when needed.
* Master Production Planning
- Plan, review and develop Master Production Schedule for monthly, weekly plan for Tianjin plant.
- Prepare weekly schedule for both blending and filling operation to achieve on time and meet service level agreement.
- Ensure adjustment in plan is timely, justifiable and at lowest cost possible. Coordinate with Procurement Ops, Production, Logistic team and Demand Planner for any changes in the demand plan.
* Material Requirement Planning
- Prepare and review raw material weekly and monthly plan including base oil, additive and procured finished product.
- Coordinate with Procurement Ops for any supply constraints and develop alternative plans.
* Sales & Operation Planning
- Lead monthly supply review meeting with operation team and develop solutions to resolve demand and supply issue. Conduct root cause analysis of variance and identify action plans.
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing teams on product introductions, sunset, promotional and non-routine events to mitigate any surge or drop in the demand
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor’s Degree holder with 3-5 years relevant planning & Supply Chain experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilization of SAP (APO PC8 PCS) tools and skillful with MS Excel, Power Query and Power BI
- Experience with S&OP process and able to manage DRP, MPS, MRP with complexity
- Strong influencing, planning and problem solving skills
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
Preferred:
- IT background with experienced knowledge in SAP APO, IBP and Microsoft tools Excel, Power Query, Power BI is preferred
- Knowledge of manufacture of consumer goods is highly desired
