职位描述

1.Job Summary/Position Purpose

Responsible for some administrative and reception's functions./负责部分行政职能和前台职能工作。 Assist sales manager with their requirements./根据销售经理要求协助销售工作。


2. Major Responsibilities


Administration:

1. Management of the drivers of shuttle bus and company cars, e.g. reservation, insurance, repair and so on./管理班车和公车,例如:公车预定、保险、维修等。

2. The primary bidding report and source of the suppliers for the Administration contracts - purchasing, maintenance, payment application and the inspection of the suppliers' service./行政相关合同的询价和比价,采购,维护,付款申请和供应商服务的检查。

3. Admin related work, such as visitor reception, hotel reservation, air tickets, attendance management, mail, lunch booking etc./行政相关工作,例如访客接待、酒店预定、机票预定、考勤管理、快递、工作餐预定等。

4. Management of office consumables and facilities./办公用品和设施管理。

5. Management of security guarders & cleaners supplied by service company and the office environment./管理服务公司的保安保洁和公司办公环境。

6. The assistant for the organization of company events ,e.g. annual party, company outing./协助组织公司活动,如年会、公司旅游等。

7. Other work assigned by the superior./完成上级安排的其他工作。

Sales:

1. Deal with daily internal work of department./做***常部门内部基本工作。

2. Assist sales managers for sales monthly and quarterly report, and make meeting minutes./协助销售经理做销售月报表,销售季度报表,会议记录等。

3. Coordinate with sales managers for bidding, contract drafting & approval application & Stamp etc./配合销售经理做报价、合同的起草、审批、盖章等工作。

4. Responsible for sales and sales related documents classification & distribution & archiving and etc. management work ./负责公司销售及其他销售相关文件资料的归类、分发、存档等管理工作。

5. Collect and statistic the travel plan of sales department and send to the VP Assistant weekly./汇总统计销售部门人员下周出差计划,并在每周五发给总裁助理。

6. Assist sales manager for customer reception both site visit and phone calling; forward and deal with customers’ information properly when sales managers are absent./协助销售经理做好上门客户的接待和电话来访工作;在销售经理缺席时,及时转告客户信息,妥善处理。

7. Make record for customers’ complaint and assist relevant departments to deal with customers’ complaint properly./对客户投诉进行记录,协助有关部门妥善处理。

8. Coordinate with sales work implementation within sales department and other related department./协调部门内部及公司其他部门各项销售工作的实施。

9. If necessary, take short-term travel for business need./如有必要,需要短时间的出差。

10. Other work assigned by sales managers./完成销售经理临时交办的其他工作。


3. Education, Qualifications and Skills


1. Bachelor’s degree or above/本科或以上学历。

2. At least 3 year working experience of administration or sales assistant / officer in Metallurgical or Mechanical industry. /至少三年以上冶金或机械行业销售或行政助理工作经验。

3. Good command of English./良好的英文沟通能力。

4. Skillful at Word/Excel/PowerPoint./熟练使用Word/Excel/PowerPoint。

5. Team worker and strong communication skills internal or external./有团队意识和内外部良好的沟通能力。

6. Initiative, resourcefulness and problem solving ability./主动性,足智多谋和问题解决能力。

7. Time - management and attention to details & diligent work-style./时间管理,注重细节,勤勉的工作风格
