RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The E-Commerce Key Account Manager is responsible for the management of eCommerce clients to ensure the channel strategy is fully implemented. For this, he/she must closely work and with the different clients of the online platforms.

* He/she must work in close collaboration to Marketing and Trade marketing departments to ensure all commercial actions are aligned to Marketing and Brand plans.

* Responsible to achieve the Company targets and growth by developing sales and promotion strategies for the E-accounts (clients) ensuring all trade terms, channel costs and expensed are within budget.

* Develop and implement the Annual Plan for the Key Accounts under his/her responsibility in alignment with Marketing and Brand plans.

* To learn and understand the consumer information from the e-accounts to propose service improvements and detect opportunities to increase the product portfolio, price points and promotional offer to satisfy consumer needs.

* Build sales and order forecast mechanism by client for the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecast.

* Develop the promotion calendar and schemes for the growth required in the e-accounts working with Marketing and Trade marketing to ensure effective implementation.

* Lead regular key E-account planning including sales target, promotion calendar, expenditure and keep reviewing to measure the efficiency level.

* Interface with key e-account partner, understand and interpret business requirement well and manage client’s expectations through negotiation skills achieving the desired trade terms.

* Good business insight on relevant expenditure management to ensure the Return on Investment (ROI) efficiency level.

* Offer professional recommendation on potential new platforms to find our new opportunities, drive new platforms development through relevant supports from internal teams.

THE SUCCESFULL APPLICANT:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or above in Management, Marketing, Finance or Engineering.

Master’s in business administration or Marketing highly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years’ E-Commerce experience in managing big marketplaces as TMall, JD & Brand.com

Advanced knowledge of online marketing operation (web, social, e-mail, search, mobile, SMS) and data analytics tools.

Alternative experience profile:

* Modern channel Key Account Manager with large sales experience dealing with major retailers in all sales channels and store formats.

* Used to work with retailers based on market and sales performance indicators, negotiating with purchasers.

* Familiar with Category Management and other Modern Trade performance indicators.

* Familiar with online projects or has led an online initiative.

* Highly interested into managing ecommerce business as career development.

Special requirements:

* Good knowledge understanding on market intelligence of pet care industry

* Good understanding of best practices of building websites and marketplaces – China-specific digital landscape (TMall, Baidu, Wechat + deliverability, hosting/performance, payment gateways, shopping festivals, fulfillment specificities)

Specific Knowledge and Skills:

* Extensive knowledge of eCommerce operation and marketing,

* Strong analytical skills to make data-based conclusions and propose plans based on them.

* Demonstrated strong business judgement and decision-making skills

* Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high impact initiatives.

* Negotiation skills.

* Key Account Management

* Good English level on reading, writing, listening and speaking is highly preferred.

Computer Skill

* Good at PowerPoint and Excel and Project or equivalent software

* Customer Relationship Management tools knowledge and experience.
