-        Graduation with major in welding from

    Technical School

中技以上学历，焊接专业。

3.0.2     Knowledge / Skills知识和技能

-        Be able to read welding drawings

会看焊接图纸。

-        Be familiar with using welding machine

熟悉焊机的使用。

-        Be familiar with using tools and gauge

熟悉工具，量具的使用。

-        Be familiar with welding material

熟悉使用焊接材料。

-        Be able to have the ability of problem analysis and solving

具有分析问题和解决问题的能力。

3.0.3     Specific Experience特殊经验

-        3 or more years of riveting work experience

3年或以上铆接工作经验。

2.0         KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要责任

-        Production quality management: Complete tasks of the position including riveting, polish and assistant superior to match production plan so as to guarantee production schedule and quality requirement.

生产质量管理：完成车间主管安排的本岗位任务包括铆接、打磨工作等，协助主管配合生产计划，保障生产进度与产品品质。

-        Cost management: Based on related request to control and save the consumptions.

成本管理：按相关要求控制和节约本岗位涉及的消耗品使用。

-        5S management: Do 5S management to make production more effective.

5S管理：做好与车间5S有关的管理，以保证生产的高效运行。

-        Equipment management: Do proper maintenance for equipment so as to guarantee equipment in good condition

设备管理：做好设备的保养和管理，以保障设备的有效性。

-        Team discipline: Obey related rules and regulation of company and workshop so as to keep company regulation implemented effectively.

团队纪律：遵守公司、车间各项规章制度，以保证公司规章制度的有效执行

-        Safety management: Be strict with obeying safety rules including wearing work protection stuff, poison stuff management and steam, water, gas, electricity management so as to guarantee production smooth under safety condition.

安全管理：严格遵守各项安全规定，如劳动保护用品的穿戴，有害物品的有效管理，风、水、电、气等的有效管理，做到安全文明生产

-        Other tasks: Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superior.
