Job Description:

1.Be responsible for standardizing the local business process to comply to GDS standard for the assigned business scope, assess impact of change and resolve gaps via workarounds
2.Be the main contact to work closely with Central BPI for GDS related Global SOP adoption, GDS process standardization & local processes alignment
3.Be responsible for trainning all of the end users from operation, and keep their knowledge and understanding of GDS current
4.To communicate the country's mandatory and local 'Must Have' requirements in detail, verify GDS solution/configuration for the country
5.After GDS is live and handed over to the local office, is the GDS's first level support to work remotely with GDS helpdesk and locally with end users from operation to resolve GDS problems

Job Requirement:

College degree or above
CET-4 or above
Familiar with the MS Office
More than 2 years relative logistics working experience
