？ Monitor the external compliance payment review results, to detect risk or violation in daily compliance review

1) Independently perform a risk-driven sampling check （10%-20%） on the payment review result done by the external party;

2) Aligned with the external party，to clarify the issues detected in the review process;

3) Keep training and communication with the external party on Lu CHN compliance policies, process and checking points;

4) Timely alert the significant and systematic compliance risks to the management;

？ Monitor the 3rd party flight-in check on the promotional activities

1) Drive the 3rd party flight-in check project implementation;

2) Manage the 3rd party to ensure the flight-in check effectiveness and efficiency;

3) Coordinate and solve the disputes occurred between the 3rd party and business units;

4) Perform the data analysis and prepare risk analysis report on flight-in check results;

？ Investigation and case handling

1) Conduct the investigation / fact finding against the received complains and or the misconduct detected from the compliance monitoring;

2) Prepare investigation report and drive the disciplinary sanction, if necessary;

3) Maintain the Lu CHN Compliance Hotline system and relevant data;

？ Risk management and data analysis

1) Optimize the risk control and management process;

2) Establish a red-flag warning mechanism given big data analysis;

3) Model a risk management system;

1. Areas of expected competencies, experience and knowledge

· Excellent written and spoken English skills

· Excellent data mining and analysis skills, risk modelling experience preferred

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills

· Reputation of integrity

· Professionalism

· 3+ years of working experience in pharmaceutical compliance or big 4 accounting firm
