-Work closely with cross-function team to follow up and execute critical CRDL\PRDL\NRCMS negotiation\listing projects.
-Conduct communication programs or workshops with pricing\reimbursement officials to understand their positions, attitudes or concerns about current policy or policy trend and deliver Value Messages of our products.
-Collect market intelligence to company regarding of pricing and reimbursement, advise proper action plans to company to maximize opportunities and minimize risks.
-Support KAM and sales team to solve any issues of pricing/reimbursement which happened in city or hospital level through direct communicating with local authorities and instructing KAM/sales team to handle these issues.
-Keep frequent communication and updated exchanges with authorities to explore opportunities and in prevent of any risk of responsible brand.
- Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders regarding official updated policies or events or policies evolvement trend.
-Translate up-to-date policies to management team and proactively forecast government policy trend \actions in the area.
-Actively participate in Brand Management Meeting and contribute insights to build product brand competitive advantage.
-Build strong and constructive relationship with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. local social labor & security authority, price authority, HEOR specialists etc.)
职位要求：
-2+ years’ experience in specialty pharmacy industry
-2+ years market access experience.
-Proven effective communication and negotiating skills
-Good understanding and knowledge of China pharmaceutical industry and market, government policy and insight of authorities.
-Strategic thinking and systematic implementation skills
-Well-developed planning and resource allocation skills, results driven mindset
-Able to work under pressure
