工作职责:

1. Lead the analysis of research and clinical next-generation-sequencing (NGS) data;

2. Lead the evaluation and optimization of bioinformatics methods, tools and workflows;

3. Lead the implementation of production automation systems.

任职资格:

1. PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, statistics or a related field; or Master degree with at least two-year genomics working experience;

2. At least 2-year in-depth knowledge of NGS experiments, data and analysis workflows;

3. Have good sense about how to make industry level product;

4. Familiar with Unix/Linux system and shell programming; working experience with computing cluster or cloud computing is a plus;

5. Mastering at least one programing languages: Python, Perl, R, C++, Java;

6. Familiar with version control tools, such as Git;

7. Proficient technical/scientific English writing skills; fluent verbal ability;

8. Proven capability of creative thinking and clear logic; strong problem-solving skills;

9. Good communication skills and team work spirits;

10. Skill at management and leadership.
