Responsibilities

· Work with marketing director to present marketing strategies and plans.

· Formulate the POS marketing activities for brands, including consumer promotion, VIP activity, in-store display, road show and co-op opportunity with partners.

· Implement an effective sales tracking system to measure the effectiveness of the various marketing and channel programs.

· Collect, review and recommend insights from our partners and the sales team to help identifying new opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency or shifts in the market place.

· Manage co-marketing efforts with cross-industrial partners and maintain close and effective relationships with partners.

· Provide training courses for salesmen & counter sales

Requirements

· Bachelor degree in marketing or related field required

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong analytical skills

· Deep understanding of CN consumer product / Internet services / retail sales channels structure

· Strong leadership, project management & time management skills

· Spoken and written fluency in English and Chinese

· Computer Skills: Good at Microsoft Word / Excel / Power Point presentations

· 2+ years in consumer marketing/brand management required from fashion industry

· Flexible to travel domestically or internationally as required
