Services Sales Representative
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sell service products to AB customers and AB dealers, mainly service contracts, Qualification and other service products.
- Analyze and visit current service customers, and identify potential AB customers who could purchase service products.
- Introduce new service products to north China region and customize (if necessary) to fit Customer needs.
- Prepare and distribute service products promotion materials to customers and dealers.
- Recommend strategies to Service Manager to help achieve service sales growth.
- Use key events to promote service products, including AB user meeting, marketing meeting and exhibitions.
- Act as key contact person for all AB service products.
- Regularly survey customers to gather feedback.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Sales of service products north China Region customers.
- Focus on service contract renewals, upgrades and conversions, as well as PM, IQ/OQ and IPV products.
- Work with dealers to ensure they promote our service products mainly packaging extended warranties with every single instrument they sell
- Identify potential customers who would benefit from purchasing AB service products.
- Introduce new and existing service products to our customers to allow the customer to realise the value of them.
- Key contact person for all AB service products.
- Liaison between product management and product marketing groups to the Service Sales and Professional Services teams.
- Manage Key Accounts (top 20%)
- Perform customer visits (current and potential) throughout the north China region
- Assist Service Managers to develop Sales Strategies.

- Demonstrate good communication skills with customers, sales, service and other department personnel.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend the correct service products.
- Good presentation skills to promote service products.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Computer proficiency using desktop publishing, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English skills.
Job Knowledge
- Biology, Biochemistry and some electro-mechanical knowledge would be an advantage.
- Sales and business knowledge.
- Technical business to business marketing programs
- In-depth industry knowledge
- In-depth understanding of customers' business, goals and objectives, strategies, and needs.
- Understanding of customers' decision-making process and key decision criteria.
- Understanding customers' needs and recommending AB service products to meet their needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) in Business, Biology or Marketing with a communications emphasis or equivalent experience.
- Requires a minimum of 2-4 years experience in progressively responsible positions in Sales and/or Marketing. Experience in Health Care or Biotech & large corporations preferred.
- Product sales and promotional experience required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Analytical and computer skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills required.
