Main Responsibility:

1)Establish online marketing strategy together with supervisor and key agency partners under the overall marketing communication strategy, including: objective, systematic evaluation framework and, optimized online communication plan/execution.

2)Conduct seasonal online promotion campaign for product launch or promotion.

3)Chair the official website development, management and maintenance; utilize the website as marketing communication tool.

4)Generate sales leads and properly cascade to right sales channel (incl. express marketing, agency, telemarketing channel) for follow up to maximize the business result through providing best brand and purchasing experience.

5)Monitor the trend of mobile marketing and 3G application development; integrate proper solutions into digital marketing strategy to keep the leading advantage of AZCL digital marketing practice and optimize the ROI.

6)Be responsible for potential customer relationship management.

7)Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.





Job Profile

1.Bachelor degree or above
2.experience in leading 4A e-marketing agency or consumer goods companies /retail banking with rich online marketing experience

3.Proved success in running the national online marketing programs.
4.Experience of manage agency in terms of qualified task delivery and cost negotiation is preferred
5.Experience or knowledge of IMC and CRM is preferred;
6.Great network relation with potential partners is preferred; With profound marketing knowledge
Strong sense of business ;Solid project execution ability
7.Excellent writing and presentation skill both in English and mandarin
8.Excellent motivational, oral/written presentation, group facilitation, negotiation and communication skills
9.Ability to work in multi-task environment
10.Creativity to generate idea then screen them and turn them into plans
