In this role, you will:

The purpose of this role is to ensure that transactions are processed accurately and that transactions are passed without defects. 

- Assess the major and minor claims application including death, critical illness, disability and reimbursement , and approve the case within own delegated claims authority limit

- Participate and deliver profession minds in new product developing, assist Claims manager to make good risk control

- Prepare user requirement for the development of claims related systems 

- Participating the user acceptance testing:, identify errors, keep track of errors fixing and re-test

- Assist in claim materials (ie: correspondence, report )  preparation and relative clerical work

- Assist CLM manager to ensure procedures established are designed according to the user requirements and streamline CLM operations

- Provide technical support & professional sight to any enquiry and appeal raised by other functions, offer solution and alternative

- Handling of claim applications with complex medical conditions and other relevant considerations

- Meeting deadlines and maximize achievement of agreed turnaround time of medical claim processes

- To communicate with internal or external party with good interpersonal skill

- Complying with IFIM guidelines, laws in China as well as audit recommendations 

- To grant the authority to capture claims applications within delegated authority

- To grant the authority to prepare and recommend decisions for claims applications out of delegated authority

- At least 3-5 years claims experience in Medical, experience in a medical occupation would be an advantage

- Good knowledge of English medical terminology
