Job Description

1. The VP Finance needs to direct the functions including accounting, finance analysis, cost control, planning, treasury and cash management, investor relations.

2. Provide leadership in the development of continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives; enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross functional groups and act as a business partner to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.

4. Handling accounting issues across China, Taiwan and HK.



Desired Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor degree holder in Finance and Accounting, CPA qualification or equivalent is a must.

2. 10 years and above working experience.

3. Experience in creating Employee Stock Options and operations.

4. Strong PRC background and have experiences in technology is highly preferred.

5. Solid working experience in finance discipline, multi-national companies working experience with strong entrepreneurship.

6. Demonstrable success in cross functional business partnering and process initiation and improvement.

7. Exposure to regional finance operation and management is highly desirable.

8. Good presentation skills and an entrepreneurial, collaborative approach.

9. Fluent in English and Mandarin is required.
