Job Description
1. Fully responsible for lead and coordination of group's daily operation under the guide of directorate;
2. Responsible for plan, implementation and optimization of group's operational system;
3. Prepare group's operational development strategy and be responsible for framing and execution of group's annual business plan;
4. Lead the operational management team and execute group's operational strategy and annual business plan;
5. Responsible for leading company's operation; coordinate company's daily business operation and set up and standardize the company's operational business system to improve the operational benefit;
6. Fully implement company's strategy and operational concept; keep optimizing company's culture.

Desired Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor degree or above, minimum 8-year same or relative solid working experience, fluent in English;
2. Experience in Internet B2B/B2C cooperation.
3. Familiar with company's whole operational management and with the management experience of fast expanded company;
4. With good personality and the ability of team-build, implementation, creativity, communication, coordination and control;
5. With strong sense of craving out and working passion.
