MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

l Collect application documents from project owner; Follow up with BCS procedure in system; Speed up approval process and bidding process; Information gathering to ensure the smooth execution of all kinds of domestic/oversea events ;

l Collect payment supporting documents from project owner & Vendors; Finish the system operations , follow the payment process till payment done ;

l Work closely with project owner & Function team & Vendors to ensure the marketing activities effective carry out;

l Making record for analysis to improve the efficiency and saving cost;

JOB QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

l Bachelor degree in Medical related field and/or Business

l Above 3 years working experience in Marketing in Healthcare related industry

l Committed to Medtronic’s mission and values.

l Effective in communication and good interpersonal skill

l Independent & creative

l Hard working, energetic, self-starter, able to work across different cultures;

l Has strong awareness/sense to Compliance;

l Good command in both English and Mandarin.
