POSITION DESCRIPTION:
1. The ideal candidate will work closely with all areas of the business, including sales, consulting, product management, marketing, customers, partners and others. Technically survey, this position will be a critical member of the training/product marketing team helping shape eBest's product training strategy through technical content writing.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality technical documentation for internal and external enterprise mobility product training 为内部与外部企业产品作计划、开发和提供高质量的技术文档
2. Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation for current applications and future releases, as well as, procedural documentation including user guides and application guides ；
对于目前的应用与未来版本创建、编辑和提供高质量的技术文档，同时程序文件包括用户手册与用户应用指南；
3. Create, edit, and deliver technical scripts leveraged for training videos
为培训视频创建、编辑和提供技术脚本；
4. Create podcasts and training courses to streamline training
创造播客和培训课程，简化培训
5. Participate in growth of new methodologies, strategies, tools, training and processes
参与新的方法、策略、工具、培训和流程的
6. Work with product marketing to create marketing collateral such as technical presentations ,data sheets,technical whitepapers and case studies;
与产品营销进行技术演示，数据表单、技术白皮书与案例研究。
7. Translate technical information into clear,cohesive documents to be used by technical and non-technical
personnel
翻译技术清晰， 衔接技术与非技术人员保用；
8. Create user training documents including user manuals release updates,diagrams, and flow chars.
创建用户培训文档包括用户手册发布、版本更新、流程图表。
Postion Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in related field of knowledge
2. Computer science , computer Engineering or similar degree preferred
3. More than 3 years of business to technical writing experience with software database , and security products
and /or mobile applications.
4. Familiar with engineering and product documentation required for new product introduction
5. Ability to learn new technology and tools while delivering deadline work under previous guidelines;
6. Excellent technical writing skills and good grammar and concise writing style;
7. Excellent self--management and communication skills;
8. Strong planning , research , estimating and writting skills;
9. Ability to meet established deadlines and quality standards and to deliver fully on commitments
9. Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity,creativity to changing needs and situations
10 .Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and work well on their own or as a member of team
11. Ability to handle a fast -paced enviroment and challenging workload;
