职位描述
Responsibilities:
Act as main point of contact with top clients and partners to ensure external expectations are being met by internal support organizations.
Serve as customer liaison on service issues; coordinate with appropriate internal support organization to ensure timely customer updates, responses and trouble resolution.
Coordinate periodic calls with select customers to review outstanding issues.
Anticipate potential business issues and react with short and long-term solutions that mitigate negative impacts.
Ensure compliance with all root-cause-analysis (RCA) guidelines; facilitate RCA meetings with customers and internal Account Teams.
Understand best industry practices and guidelines. Consult with customers and internal Client and Project Management teams to develop compliant programs.
Process all Special Requests (SR), from receipt of initial customer request through customer billing.
Understand internal and external team structures; develop strong working relationships and act as liaison with all involved teams:
Receive and disseminate updates for rules, regulations, compliance documentation, mandates, etc.
Maintain regular contacts and attend meetings/calls to ensure future customer requirements are being adequately represented during internal product plan development sessions.
Suggest proactive measures for enhancing service delivery. Collaborate with Account, Product, and Operations teams and customers to effectively implement enhancements.
Assist the implementation team with issues that may need to be escalated within the customer’s organization or Syniverse to ensure successful and timely deployment of a new service.
Complete quarterly business reviews with clients and internal organizations.
Present new client usage cases; work with Syniverse teams to gain required authorizations.
Discuss open audit issues and facilitate resolution of client audit disputes.
Address unresolved program delays with carriers.
Protect Syniverse cash position by assisting Accounting team with collection efforts.
Partner with Client Managers and Sales to develop new opportunities for expanding Syniverse’s relationship with assigned accounts. Maintain a “command of the business” and recognize accounts with strong growth potential.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job-related experience)
Typically 8+ years of experience managing a variety of major complex accounts
Strong telecom industry knowledge and technology marketing/advertising background preferred
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); strong customer communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels
Ability to act independently and determine methods and procedures on new assignments
