Role & Responsibilities:

 

Job Definition :

 

• Manage Partners’ in season and MO shipment status for China Mainland.

• Ongoing tracking China wholesale inventory status.

• Provide necessary reports to support daily business

 

Key Result Areas:

 

• China Mainland Partners' shipment.

• Ongoing tracking and manage partners’shipment for China Mainland, that align with brand finance target. 

• Collaborate with CSOM team to ensure shipment on time.

• Collaborate with MDM and DTP team to support partners’ daily business, such as sold-to/ship-to creation, order transfer and so on.
   
  Inventory Analysis

• Provide China Wholesale available inventory states two to three times each week.

• Cooperate with other functions to control China wholesale inventory status.
   
  Administration Support

• Issue company authorization letters and dealer contract.

• Provide necessary certifications for sales team before every new season launch, such as product quality inspection, customs declaration and so on.

• Provide other necessary administration support to wholesale team.
