Role Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Xylem commercial teams cross emerging market countries and drive for cultivating cross boarder business in Emerging Market;

• Utilize both local factories and global BU resource to solve complex issues in any EPC projects;

• Maintain relationship with existing customer in core markets

• Grow the business by developing new customer and penetrate into new markets

• Create & focus deployment plans on existing customer/or markets to increase revenue

• Conduct presentation to promote products with end users, design institute and customer

• Reporting all critical and necessary information in specified territory or market

• Maintain existing and develop new customer, make sure we are in the vendor list.

• Deep understand Xylem and competitor's products

• Finish the negotiation of technical and commercial, meet company and individual target

Requirements & Qualifications

• Good understanding in Overseas EPC business

• Strong relationship with China EPC customers

• Understands the company sales process (product, compliance, claims, service process) and the external market environment (customer buying trends, competitor’s strength and weaknesses)

• Demonstrate sound and strict sales management discipline over your portfolio through a planned and focused business review program/goal setting

• To be proficient with sales numbers through periodic tracking and measuring of sales trends to ensure budget are met

• Tertiary education with a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in the water related or other industrial sectors

• Experience in business development/direct sales to water utilities and operators

• Proficient in MS applications, specifically Excel and Access.

• Deal maker and sales driven

• Able to work Independently and self-regulated

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
