产品计划主管Planning Supervisor—快速消费品行业优先

职责描述：

1. 每月定期根据销售计划，历史销售数据、后续市场活动及库存水平，制定滚动净需求计划，并跟进生产入库情况，如有异常及时发现问题并寻求解决方案，保障供应；
2. 每日关注销售计划达成，与销售部门保持保持紧密沟通，了解终端销售情况，评估库存风险；
3. 跟进供应与需求的实际情况，评估分析产品分类，以及产品库存水平，并定期更新；
4. 负责所管理产品的需求预测、安排生产计划、原材料采购计划，安排区域对常规产品补货，及对特殊产品直接补货；
5. 跟进管理产品的供应全流程的交付情况，监控产品库存，识别供应风险，及时协同相关职能解决；
6. 监控库存，成品库存周转天数，产成品库存健康度管理，针对呆滞库存确定处理方案，分析原因并寻求改进措施。 

职位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、统计学、物流专业优先；
2. 有产品计划管理工作经验至少3年，快消行业优先，具备计划管理及库存管理经验；
3. 具有良好的数据逻辑思维能力、沟通能力，能承受较大工作压力，熟练掌握Excel。
