Ford Motor Company's Global Data, Insight, and Analytics (GDI&A) is looking for a highly skilled Data Operations Analyst in the customer domain and data governance. You will assist in the development of and operationally manage consistent repeatable processes to curate enterprise data, allowing Ford Motor Company to build intelligent insights. You will follow the policy of China OGC and global data governance team to utilize data in China.

Responsibilities:

1. Work collaboratively with cross functional team to understand business needs and analytic solutions, access data availability and applicability to support project delivery;
2. Serve as data steward for key China data sources; providing local and global analytic teams with support related to data usage, governance, quality, applicability for various use cases Perform data cleansing, transformation, and profiling on enterprise data to ensure quality and usability for analytics;
3. Perform data profiling to identify sensitive and/or protected data.  Investigate data quality issues and support root cause analysis working with the business owners, IT and analytics team to fix the issues;
4. Serve as local point of contact for Ford Data Governance process and procedures.  Work with local analytic teams to ensure appropriate data use;
5. Work with Office of General Council and JV partners to define acceptable analytic uses for enterprise, JV and customer data;
6. Help Ford fulfill ambition of being "The world's most trusted company" by supporting Ford's Data Trust Principles.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above and more than 1 year working hands on experience on data cleansing, transformation and development;
2. Knowledge and experience working with structured data models, performing data extraction and transformation using SQL;
3. Strong oral and written communication in both Chinese and English, Ability to work well in cross functional team. Independent problem solving and self-starter;
4. An understanding of the importance of data quality, data governance and security.
