ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.System Shipment Milestone Management (Pre-shipment/Shipment/Return)

1)Coordinating system shipment scheduling with customer and/or consigned freight forwarder

-P/O, Letter of Credit (L/C), Pick up location by manufacturing site

2)Triggering shipping documents including instruction / classification in Chinese to customer before delivery date

3) Proactive communication with customer logistics team to arrange flight booking to meet CRD (customer request date)

4)BKOs(Back Orders) management

-Track BKO by customer level and coordinate with each site to deliver

-Provide Chinese customer requirement, like HS code, classification for duty exemption application

5)Liaise with our broker in bonded warehouse and customer logistics team to deliver the kits to customer site timely

6)Return Material Authorization

-Comply RMA process (Approval, documentation and etc)

-Liaise with our broker and customer logistics team to complete tool return

2.Weekly report for slot and shipment status

QUALIFICATION

o Degree: Bachelor Degree, major in logistics, business trade

o Working experience: ≥5 years in logistics related

Experience in semi conductor industry is preferred but not essential

Familiar with Chinese customs compliance

o Strong problem-solving ability and high level of attention to detail

o Logical mind with an ability to continuously improve how things are done

o A self-motivated, time management and independent attitude, ambition to succeed

o English level: Fluent communication in English

o MS Office (Excel & PPT), SAP
