职位描述
工作职责：
1.负责社交裂变、群运营工具和平台的产品设计，出交互设计图；
2.挖掘客户需求，分析同行同类型产品的案例；
3.协调组织供应商以及IT进行开发、测试、运营等各部门人员各类资源达成产品目标；
4.持续监控和分析产品上线后的用户反馈和使用数据，定期分析运营效果，持续优化产品功能和运营体系；改善用户体验。
任职要求：
1. 本科及本科以上学历，985 211优先；
2. 对社交裂变和群运营工具有深刻的理解与认识；
3.2年以上社交裂变和群运营工具经验
4. 创新意识，主动积极，有产品理想，追求极致；
5. 有丰富的互联网产品设计sense；
6. 有数据统计系统、用户行为分析及精准营销系统规划经验者优先。
